Day 1
Introduction to Yachting and Personal Characteristics
Gathering all the necessary training is one crucial step in qualifying for your new opportunity to work at sea with Yacht Book Agency.

Day 2
Exterior & Interior Skills & Service Techniques - Practical Assessment
We provide you the tools to confidently break into the competitive yachting industry. These are the skills and knowledge you need to know which can give you the best chance at scoring work as a stewardess, chef, mate, and/or deckhand.

Day 3
Day in the Life on ocean —Shadowing a Crew Member

Put your skills to work onboard with a day to shadow a senior YBA crew member in action on a live charter with guests.

YBA 1-DAY REFRESHER COURSE
Day 1 or 2
refresh your skillset

Re-familiarize yourself with information such as industry regulations, nautical terminology and service techniques on Day 1, or attend the practical assessment on Day 2. This is also an opportunity for current YBA Members to become YBA trainers!
